個展、オーダーで作る照明器具は自然をモチーフにした作品が多いです。

カメラを抱えて自然の中に入り、自然が聞かせてくれる言葉を頼りにラフデザインを起こし大抵は図面なしで制作してゆきます。

ステンドグラスというより素材は自由に、ひたすら頭の中のイメージに近づけてゆく。といった感じで制作しています。

Many of the lighting fixtures I make for my solo exhibitions or for orders are based on nature motifs.

I go into nature with a camera and create rough designs based on what nature tells me, usually without drawings.

I am not bound by the framework of stained glass, nor am I conscious of the materials I use, but rather I simply try to create the image I have in my mind.
